Dynamic Mart offers ideal shipping methods for all of our customers. Be it low priced through LCS/Overnight shipping, we provide our own shipping service within Lahore for express delivery. We deliver the package same day if your order is placed before 2PM.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of not good quality, the buyer has the right to refund the order within 07 days after its execution.
In order to get refund please note that the product should be packed in it's original packaging, the product seal box should not be opened. monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the product is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to refund the order. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- Product seal is open if you wish to refund your order please make sure that the seal of the product is not open otherwise the product will not be refunded.
- A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Dynamic Mart online store
- Warranty card
- An act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation. Don't forget to send the warranty card back with your electronic appliances otherwise the claim shall not be provided.
FAQs
All our orders are sent out same day, In Lahore we have our own delivery service. The Orders Placed before 2PM are delivered same day orders after 2PM are delivered next day.Â
If you're outside Lahore, It may take up-to 2-5 business days. If you haven't received the order after 5 business days contact our support directly So our team can look into your issue thank you.
If your order is from Lahore then yes we can deliver your order on public holidays also, but for other cities we cannot because we're using third party delivery services for other cities and they are closed on public holidays.
Yes, we try to deliver nationwide but unfortunately our shipping providers don't ship to some areas you have to pickup your order from their office. Only for some regions.
Yes, you can also add your desired delivery time in order notes while checking out, we'll make sure you get your package on time.
No, You can ask anyone to receive the package on the provided address.
